To win in flavor, spread a layer of whole nuts, chopped or rolled in a tray without butter. Preheat oven to 175 degrees and bake 5 or 10 minutes until the nuts begin to brown. Turn them once or twice until they are completely roasted. Remove from oven and let rest. They will gild a little more when they will be out of the oven.

Grapes, goat fresh cheese, crushed pistachios
You'll need :
20 big grapes green or black depending on your preferences.
1 can of creamy goat cheese
60g unsalted shelled pistachios
40 skewers
Open your box of goat cheese, drain the cheese. Wash grapes and dry them well. Crush the cheese on a plate and coat with your grapes. We need your cheese is cold. If it is soft, it's a little less easy. Place your grapes coated cheese on a plate and put them in the refrigerator for about half hour or so that the hull of cheese hardens further. Crush your pistachios. Put your crushed pistachios in a shallow dish. When your grapes are well coated,roll them in the breadcrumbs. The fact of the drive gives them a pretty good round shape so do not worry if your cheese covered raisins are not very aesthetic, it arranges for this step.
